Scholarship applications now available at the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio

Nelsonville — With the close of another school year coming into sight, high school seniors have begun the search for scholarships to help with their post-secondary aspirations.
With that in mind, the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio to once again begins accepting scholarship applications. Scholarships are available from donor-established funds within FAO. Detailed information regarding eligibility and application guidelines, as well as the application, can be found at the Foundation’s website, www.AppalachianOhio.org. The deadline for applications is March 31.
“We are always inspired when we see the support our region’s students receive for their education every year,” said FAO President and CEO Cara Dingus Brook. “Because of our donors, the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio can create educational opportunities and help students build their futures.”
The foundation offers a variety of scholarships aimed at students from different counties, studies, and interests. Students can identify one or multiple scholarships suited to their educational plans.
