The following routes on the state and federal highway system in the Ohio Department of Transportation – District 9 are CLOSED due to flooding:

 

State Route 141 from the 19- to the 22-mile marker, north of State Route 775 to Township Road 320 (Old Forrest Ridge Road), approximately one mile south of the Gallia County line.

State Route 217 from the 5- to the 6-mile marker, between Township Road 114 (Dick’s Creek-Windsor Township Road) and State Route 378.

State Route 243 from the 13- to the 14-mile markers, between County Road 36 (McKinney Creek Road) and Township Road 85 (Rankins Creek-Union Township Road) and approximately 1.5 miles south of State Route 378.

State Route 378, at the 1-mile marker, just north of State Route 243.

State Route 650, at the 0-mile marker, at U.S. 52 and Hanging Rock.

State Route, at the 7-mile marker, between County Road 42 (Kelly’s Mill Road) and State Route 522.
