Geneva Malone

Our beloved mother, Weltha Geneva Malone was called away to be with the Lord on March 25, 2015. Geneva was a lifelong resident of Willow Wood, where she both grew up and raised her family. She was the daughter of Elbert and Sylvia Triplett and was married to James C. Malone Jr., all whom preceded her in death.

Geneva’s three daughters, Melinda (Ronnie) Bodmer, Brenda (Everett) Jenkins and Cindy (Randy) Mays, all live in the Willow Wood-Kitts Hill area. She has four loving grandchildren, Jim Barnett, Amanda Justice, Clifton Jenkins and Anna Bodmer, plus four great-grandchildren, Haleigh, Jordan, Isabelle and Sophia.

Mom’s 35-year tradition of Sunday dinners with family will never be the same. There will be a memorial service to celebrate her life on Saturday from 1-3 p.m. at Christ Temple Church Health and Life Center, 2400 Johnstown Road, Huntington, West Virginia. Mom, you are sadly missed.
