Fifth and sixth grade Talented and Gifted (TAG) students from Symmes Valley, Rock Hill and South Point competed against each other during a quiz bowl tournament Thursday at Ohio University Southern.

Rock Hill claimed first place with a team of sixth graders Hannah Ratliff, Nathan Wroblewski, Daniel Mootz, Kaylee Nicely, Camryn Miller and Olivia Edwards and fifth grader Gavin Haskins.

The tournament was sponsored by the Lawrence County Educational Service Center.
