Prince falls at state

COLUMBUS — Jason Prince battled but fell in the opening match of the Ohio High School Athletic Association Division II state tennis tournament last Friday.
The Fairland Dragons’ junior tennis standout was beaten by Brayden Streng of Sandusky 7-5, 3-6, 6-1.
Streng lost in straight sets to two-time defending state champion Asher Hirsh of Cincinnati Country Day 6-2, 6-0 in the quarterfinals.
Hirsh lost in the semifinals to Mason Dragos 1-6, 7-5, 6-2 who went on to win the state title.
