Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest — 700 block County Road 10A, Ironton, June 4, deputy responded to a call of male suspect allegedly coming down off crystal meth; according to deputy, suspect allegedly held an unknown object to his wrist, then attempted to run; suspect TASED by deputy following a struggle.

Breaking and entering — 100 block Township Road 348, Ironton, June 8, dirt bike taken from garage.

Theft — 1800 block County Road 25, Pedro, June 8, ATV taken.

Domestic violence — Township Road 253 E., Ironton, June 9, woman alleged estrange husband grabbed her hair and threw her into her car; Nichlous Horn, 34, of 24 Township Road 1215, Ironton, arrested.

Burglary — 100 block Township Road 1267, Proctorville, June 8, prescription medication taken from residence.

Petty theft — 1500 block County Road 123, Chesapeake, June 7, TV, weed eater taken.

Breaking and entering — Township Road 1118, Chesapeake, June 6, items taken from out building.

Domestic violence — 7900 block County Road 107, Proctorville, June 8, woman alleged husband grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the ground and smacked her in the face.

Domestic violence — 200 block County Road 1, South Point, June 6, woman alleged man hit her; James King, 31, of the same residence, arrested.

Domestic violence — 3400 block County Road 115, Chesapeake, June 6, woman alleged husband repeatedly poked her in the head and threatened to burn her mother’s house down with her in it; Jason Burkhardt, 28, of the same address, arrested.

Cruelty to animals — Walmart, South Point, June 5, puppy left in vehicle with windows up and car locked; deputy had store page for the owners of the car but after 18 minutes deputy busted the window as the dog was panting heavily and temperatures were in the mid 80s; store surveillance showed the dog left in the car for about 50 minutes before it was rescued; Ashley Miller, 22, of 1097 County Road 1, South Point, cited to court.
