Carol Fetter

Carol Fetter, 71, of Kitts Hill, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. The Niagara Falls, New York, native was born July 29, 1943, a daughter of the late Robert Drawdy and Pearl Story Drawdy Giddens. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fetter.

Mrs. Fetter was an employee of a shrimp plant in Florida and was also owner of a ceramic and craft business in Kitts Hill. She was raised in Brunswick, Georgia, and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sons, Fred Drawdy, Ronald “Bubba” Smith and Grady Smith; two brothers, Thomas Drawdy and Robert Drawdy, Jr.; and four sisters, Jeanette Johnson, Loretta Lague, Barbara Smith and Pearl Fetter.

She is survived by a daughter, Paula Crissinger of Coal Grove; five grandchildren, Jennifer Smith and Jeanette Crissinger, both of Kitts Hill, and Charlie Drawdy and Fred Drawdy, both of Coal Grove, and Trinity Barker of Ironton; a sister, Shirley Grossenberger of New Port Richey, Florida; and a brother, Ronald Drawdy of New Port Richey, Florida.

Patricia Edmunds

Patricia Sue Edmunds, 70, of Chesapeake, died Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville, West Virginia.
