The Rock Hill 11-12-year-old Little League All-Star softball team won the District 11 championship and will play Elyria East at 10 a.m. Saturday in the state tournament at the Northwest Little League. PEDRO — The Rock Hill Little League 11-12 year-old girls softball team won the District 11 championship and will play in the state tournament on Saturday.

Rock Hill will face Elyria East at 10 a.m. in the state tournament to be held at Northwest Little League in McDermott.

Rock Hill won seven games in the 12-team district field to reach the state tournament.

A total of three teams remain in the state tournament field. The state champions will advance to the Central Regional Tournament in Indianapolis.

Team members include: Shaylee Clutters, Gracie Dalton, Kaleigh Russell, Keilie Adams, Rileigh Morris, Kylee Howard, Natalie Fields, Makenzie Hanshaw, Kierston Smith and coaches Julie Adams, Josh Fields and James Smith.
