Leva Thacker Bloomfield, 85, of Flatwoods, Kentucky, died Friday, July 17, 2015, at Boyd County Nursing and Rehab in Ashland. The funeral will be conducted at noon on Saturday at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods with pastor Dwayne Young, the Rev. Clyde Hughes, pastor Cline McCallister and minister Michael Rowsey officiating. A private committal service will be performed at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Wheelersburg.
