Juanita Lillian Chafin, 92, of Flatwoods, Kentucky, died Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Funeral services will be at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods today at noon with pastor Mark Wilson Officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.
