Dorothy Watson

Sept. 27, 1937 — Aug. 25, 2015

Dorothy Mae Watson, 77, of Scottown, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia. She was born Sept. 27, 1937, in Lawrence County, daughter of the late James and Pearl Hysell Craig.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Watson; sister-in-law, Dorothy Craig; brother-in-law, Leon Barry; two nephews, David Craig and Tommy Craig; and great-nephew, Josie Craig. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara (Roy) Crawford, of Scottown; one son, Ronnie (Rhonda) Watson, of Scottown; three grandchildren, Ashley (Steven) Jenkins, of Scottown, Brandon Watson and his girlfriend Allison Callicoat, of Proctorville and Jeremy (Jennifer) Wilson, of Scottown; four great-grandchildren, Laci Jenkins and Steven Jenkins, of Scottown, and Cheyenne Wilson and Shelby Wilson, of Scottown; two sisters, Betty Craig, of Willow Wood, and Lorraine Barry; four brothers, Dennis (Dottie) Craig, of Scottown, Curtis Craig, of Willow Wood, Harold Craig, of Scottown and Floyd Craig, of Scottown; several nieces and nephews; special cousin, Freida Ross; and special friends Roger (Jackie) Christian, Riggs (Dorothy) Rigney, Jenny Watson, Erma McMahon and Darrell (Linda) Ferris.

Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by pastor Charles Turley and pastor Walter Wood. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Willow Wood. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.  Hansel Martin

Hansel H. Martin, 74, of Chesapeake, died Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, at Heartland of Riverview, South Point. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sue Martin. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, West Virginia. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.
