PINE GROVE — Pat Lambert and Dora Chambers were greedy.

The duo combined to win all five events at last week’s Ironton Ladies’ Nine-Hole Golf Association’s outing.

Lambert won three events and Chambers two others in the weekly Tuesday outing.

Joyce Lewis was the hostess and served homemade refreshments for the morning business meeting. Lewis then announced the day’s golfing events.

After completing the golfing, Lewis presented the awards to the winners as the group ate lunch.

The annual Potluck Golf Event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 6. Members are to bring a guest as their partner. Members are reminded to plan ahead for this event.

Couples Night has been moved to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays. Members are asked to bring a partner and it is not necessary for them to be a member. Also, members should bring along finger food.

As always, new members are always welcomed.

The group meets at 9 a.m. each Tuesday for a brief business meeting followed by golfing events and then lunch.
