Derek C. Clark, 33, of South Point, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Alicia Ann Mason Clark. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, with pastor Paul Michael Booth officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
