S.R. 93 in Lawrence County has been closed at the 21.0-mile marker, between T.R. 239 (Olive Branch Road) and C.R. 193 (Telegraph Hill Road) and approximately five miles south of the Jackson County line, due to an accident involving a semi-tractor trailer.

 

Law enforcement and emergency personnel are on the scene, and ODOT crews are providing traffic control. The duration of closure is unknown; however, it is anticipated that the route will be closed through the remainder of the afternoon and possibly into early evening hours.

 

Motorists will be detoured via State Route 140 and U.S. 52 in Jackson and Scioto counties.
