Probation violation on docket

Three people were on the docket Tuesday of Lawrence County Common Pleas Judge D. Scott Bowling. They were:

• Charles Cooley, 37, of South Point, admitted community control sanctions violations and was sentenced to 75 days in the county jail.

• Justin Jenkins, was arraigned on a fifth-degree count of trafficking in heroin, to which he pleaded not guilty. Bowling set bond at $10,000 own-recognizance and $20,000 cash or surety. A pretrial was set for Jan. 13.

• Marce Cremeans III, 46, of 877 Township Road 269, Pedro, was arraigned on a count of failure to appear, to which he pleaded not guilty. Bowling set bond at $10,000 cash or surety and OR plus GPS monitoring. A pretrial was set for Jan. 6.
