Theft, trespass, possession of drugs — Walmart, South Point, Dec. 16, suspect accused of stealing cold medicine from store; second suspect previously banned from store and with a warrant for his arrest and was allegedly in possession of Suboxone with no prescription; Mariah Scarberry, 25, of 4969 Payton St., Huntington, cited to court, and Timothy Scarberry, 27, of the same address, arrested.

Public indecency — Walmart, South Point, Dec. 27, man allegedly masturbating in public restroom with stall door open; Stephen Yates, 50, of 41 Kaera Lane, Flatwoods, Kentucky, arrested.

Criminal damaging — A private drive in South Point, Dec. 25, tires of vehicle cut.

Theft by deception, breaking and entering — 700 block County Road 59, Chesapeake, Dec. 25, Polaris Razor stolen from residence.

Theft — 70 block Township Road 1336, Dec. 22, 10 tackle boxes, rod and reel stolen from boat.

Petty theft — 10 block Township Road 1417, Proctorville, Dec. 23, $20 worth of change and GPS stolen from vehicle.

Theft, breaking and entering — 100 block Township Road 1152, Proctorville, Dec. 23, computer, change, CDs taken from vehicle.

Petty theft — A private drive off County Road 1 in South Point, Dec. 27, iphone stolen.

Petty theft — 300 block Township Road 1026, South Point, Dec. 22, $69 taken from resident.

Robbery — 800 block First Street, Chesapeake, Dec. 26, two unknown suspects allegedly entered the home of a deaf-mute man without permission and robbed him of $100.
