Ruth Payne

Ruth Botts Payne, 94, of South Point, died Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sybene Missionary Baptist Church, South Point, by pastor D.L. Webb and pastor Gary Edwards. Burial will follow in Burlington 37 Cemetery, South Point. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.
