RUSSELL, Ky. — The Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital (OLBH) Auxiliary has presented Bon Secours Kentucky Health System officials with a check for $55,000 to complete the $94,900 the auxiliary raised in 2015 to benefit hospital programs.

The recent check presentation augments monies already given by the auxiliary including from December’s Lights of Love event and from proceeds of the 2015 OLBH Golf Benefit which were used in the acquisition of medical equipment and to support the scholarship at Holy Family School in memory of former OLBH vice president Jim Fuzy.

“The OLBH Auxiliary continues, year after year, to demonstrate its dedication to OLBH and the hospital’s mission and we couldn’t be more thankful of each member’s efforts and support,” Luann Serey, OLBH director of Community Services, said. “The funds raised in 2015 will benefit many people both in our hospital and in our community and for that we say thank you to our dedicated auxilians for their hard work that makes this possible.”
