According to Lawrence County Sheriff Jeff Lawless, Lawrence County has removed all snow emergency levels

“The main roads are clear of snow,” Lawless said in a post on Facebook. “They are wet from the melting snow and ice and will remain so with the rain that is predicted.

“There are many township roads and even city streets that are still snow covered but these conditions do not rise to the level of a snow emergency.

“Just because there is no snow level issued does not mean that there is no danger in driving. The roads can and will have slick spots so drive with care.”
