UPDATE: Routes closed due to flooding

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the following routes in Lawrence County have been closed due to flooding:
State Route 650 at the 7.0-mile marker, between County Road 43 (Kelly’s Mill Road) and County Road 27 (Little Pine Road);
State Route 218 in Lawrence County at the Lawrence-Gallia County line;
State Route 93 from the 9.5 to the 11.0-mile markers, between State Route 522 and Township Road 623 (Sand Hollow Road) near State Route 373;
State Route 141 from the 17.0 and the 17.5-mile markers, between State Route 775 and Township Road 204 (Arabia-Greasy Ridge Road).
Crews are monitoring these locations and patrolling other routes in the area for possible high water.
Motorists are advised that crossing any route which has been closed is strictly prohibited, and they are reminded to use additional caution when crossing any route which remains open but where standing water is present.
