Two seniors, two awards.

St. Joseph Female Flyers’ Lynsey Booker and Symmes Valley Lady Vikings’ Kaitlyn Payne were named to the Associated Press Division IV All-Ohio basketball team as honorable mention selections.

Booker, a 5-foot-7 senior, averaged 16.9 points and 6.3 rebounds a game. She finished her career with 1,029 points.

Booker shot 44 percent from the field, 68.6 percent from the foul line and 33 percent from behind the 3-point line.

Payne, a 5-7 senior, averaged 10.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 3.1 steals per game and shot 74 percent from the foul line.

Both players were named to the All-Southeast District second team.
