PROCTORVILLE — The 2016 Little League season is about to get under way, and Proctorville is planning a celebration to kick it off.

Mayor Rick Dunfee said the village’s annual Little League parade will take place on Saturday, April 9.

The parade is scheduled to step off from the lot of the Proctorville Kroger at 9 a.m. and will proceed through the village to the Little League field on Wilgus Street. Hot dogs will be available to attendees.
