The latest art exhibit at the Ironton Branch of the Briggs Lawrence County Library features the floral works of Clarice Kumlien.

The 88-year-old artist started painting as a child and joined the Ironton Artists Association 20 years ago after winning an award at its annual fall show.

Kumlien is a retired registered nurse and focuses primarily on watercolors of flowers, still lifes and landscapes.

The show will be on display through June 18.
