IRONTON — The 15th Annual St. Mary’s Medical Center Veterans Memorial 5K will begin at 8 a.m. on Memorial Day beginning at Liebert, 3040 S. Ninth St., in Ironton.

Age categories range from 10 and under to 70 and older. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers as well as the top three finishers in each age group.

The registration fee is $25. Race day registration runs from 7-7:45 a.m. Proceeds from the race go toward college scholarships and community projects in Lawrence County.
