It was the longest match in tennis history.
Well, sort of.

The match was resumed on Tuesday with Sydney Webb and Savannah Friend winning their match 3-2 to give Ironton the game and clinch a winning record at 6-3.
The two teams then played their regularly scheduled match with all five Ironton winning as the Lady Fighting Tigers ran their record to 7-3.
Aleigha Justice won the No. 1 singles match and is now 9-1 on the season.
Kara Spencer won the No. 2 singles match, and No. 3 singles player Holly Bruce was victorious.
In doubles play, the No. 1 team of sophomore Sophia Caine and junior Rachel Sanders won as did the No. 2 team of Webb and Friend.
Ironton recognized its five seniors prior to the match: Aleigha Justice, Kara Spencer, Holly Bruce, Savannah Friend and Sydney Webb.
