Jimmy Barker
Jimmy E. Barker, 78, of Chesapeake, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at home. He is survived by his wife, Francis Barker.
Funeral service will be noon Saturday at Potter Funeral Home, West Liberty, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Grassy Lick Cemetery, Grassy Creek, Kentucky. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon at the funeral home. Schneider-Hall Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge of arrangements. James Marshall Sonny Stark, 90, of Chesapeake, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at home. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Huntington, West Virginia. Norma Jeffries
Norma Jeffries, 88, of Chesapeake, died on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at Crystal Care of Coal Grove. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Henderson officiating.  Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral Home. Anthony Flentge
Nov. 13, 1950 — March 1, 2017
Anthony “Tony” Gene Flentge, 66, of Ironton, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at his residence. The Sandusky, Ohio, native was born Nov. 13, 1950, a son of the late Adolf Flentge and Edna Virginia Owens Flentge. He was also proceeded in death by his wife, Charlotte Sue Klaiber Flentge, whom he married Jan. 24, 1976, and passed away Dec. 29, 1996.
Tony was a 1968 graduate of New Boston High School and a United States Navy veteran that proudly served on the USS Kitty Hawk as an aviation mechanic. Tony was a former construction line foreman for Irby Construction Company, retiring from Pritchard’s Electronics in Westwood, Ky. and was an officer and member of the Ironton Moose Lodge.
He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly (David) Flentge Sanders of Ironton; daughter and son-in-law, Angela (Rob) Flentge Cline of Franklin Furnace; six grandchildren, Wiley Sanders, Haley Sanders, Jessica Cline Minard, Abbeygail Cline, Hannah Cline and Rachael Cline; and two grandchildren, Zach and Bryce Minard.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturdayat Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton with Rev. Gary Arthurs officiating. Burial will follow in Buckeye Cemetery and friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at the funeral home.
