Russell David Burriss, 42, of Kitts Hill, died Saturday, April 15, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Kenessa Charlton Burriss. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. David Browning

David Browning, 62, of Proctorville, died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.
