Arzetta Mann

March 13, 1923 — May 24, 2017

Arzetta E. (Webb) Mann, 94, died at Burlington Heartland of Riverview on May 24, 2017. She was born on March 13, 1923, in North Kenova, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Earl W. and Ota (Noble) Webb.
Arzetta worked at the Huntington Dress Factory, was a Social Worker in Ironton, drove a school bus for the South Point school district, and sold Real Estate for Gene Mckee Realty.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton (Jack) Mann; a granddaughter, Trevis Dawn Mann; three brothers, Cecil, Harlen and Emery Noble; and three sisters, Hazel Noble, Ruby Duty and Beulah Stewart.
Surviving her are one daughter and son-in- law, Linda K. and Tanzer Kalayci, of Key West, Florida; two sons and daughters-in-law, Charles R. and Molana S. Mann, and Dr. Earl S. and Patty J. Mann, all of South Point; six grandchildren, Traci Haynie, Travis Mann, Andrew Mann, Patrick Mann, Errol Kalayci and Tim Kalayci; as well as 13 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Burlington Wesleyan Independent Church.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, with the Rev. Jerry Boggs officiating. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations to Hospice of Ashland, Kentucky, or a local charity in her name. Phyllis Irene Barker, 80, of Ironton, died Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Community Hospice, Ashland, Kentucky. Funeral services will be noon Wednesday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point. Robert O. Plybon, 93, of Proctorville, died Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Heartland of Riverview, South Point. There will be a private graveside service. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.
