Harold Quillen

Oct. 27, 1929 — June 26, 2017

Harold Quillen, 88, of Catlettsburg, died Monday June 26, 2017, at Harbor Health Care of Ironton.
He was born Oct. 27, 1929, in Catlettsburg, the son of the late Vernie and Elsie Porter Quillen. He was retired from Armco Steel and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia “Patty” Quillen. Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Barnett of Lexington, Kentucky; one son, Randy Quillen of Ironton; four grandchildren, Jessica Gillum, Justin Gillum, Steven Barnett and Cody Quillen, and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m., Thursday at Miller Funeral Home with nephews Bob Quillen and David Robinette officiating. Burial will follow at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Military services will be conducted by the Kenova American Legion Post 93. Sara Dawn Wilson, 29, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Thursday, June 22, 2017, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington.

Gary Edward James, 75, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Saturday, June 24, 2017, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington.

Donald Bronson Osburn, 89, of Proctorville, died Saturday June 24, 2017, at Heartland of Riverview.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Wayne, West Virgina.
