Lester Donley
Oct. 20, 1929 — July 1, 2017
Lester Donley, 87, of South Webster, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley, Ironton. Mr. Donley was born Oct. 20, 1929, in Olive Furnace, a son to the late Cleveland and Lucendia Bruce Donley. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Josephine Collier Donley, who passed away March 30, 2008.
Mr. Donley attended Decatur Schools and retired from Davis Refractory Brickyard as a Laborer, and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of Mt. Olive Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by great-grandson, Jeremy Cremeans; three brothers, Everett Donley, Charles Donley and Clifford Donley; and six sisters, Goldie Crawford, Myrtle Snyder, Parthine Severt, Eveline Ward, Sylvia Pierce and Dottie Watson.
He is survived by daughter, Doris (James) McFann, of South Webster; grandson, Jason McFann, of South Webster; granddaughter, Jami Cremeans, of Ironton; and great-grandson, Jeffrey Cremeans.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with pastor Danny Boggs officiating. Burial will follow in Vernon Furnace Cemetery, with military honors performed by VFW 8850. Mark Westerson
Mark Kevin Westerson, 62, of South Point, died Saturday, July 1, 2017, at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Ann Burcroff Westerson.

Wilma Gibbs
Wilma Elizabeth Gibbs, 85, of South Point, died Monday, July 3, 2017, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia. She is survived by her husband, Leo S. Gibbs.
