Darline Diamond

Sept. 17, 1951 — July 27, 2017

Darline Diamond, 65, of Ironton, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington.
She was born September 17, 1951 to the late Matthew and Arline Bare Eaches. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters and two brother-in-laws, Thelma (Don) Harbolt and Connie (Harry) Ray; one brother, Johnny Eaches; nephew, Terry Harbolt; nieces, Johnda Ray Miller and Shanna Darlette Pancake; and great niece, Micah Harbolt.
Darline is survived by three sisters, Jane Alley, Carmella Hagley and Paulette Rusk, all of Ironton; and one brother, Scott Eaches, of Stafford, Virginia.

Gary Adkins

Gary Lee Adkins, 59, of Ironton, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 at his residence. The Ironton native was born October 14, 1957, a son of the late William R. and Eva M. McGlone Adkins.
Mr. Adkins attended Kingsbury Elementary and Ironton High School. He loved to fish and hunt.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six sisters, Katherine Skaggs, Betty Imes, Mary Hay, Annabelle Hensley, Dorothy Adkins and Lucille Bailey; two brothers, Charles Adkins and William “Ray” Adkins.
He is survived by two daughters, Lisa M. Adkins and Danielle R. Adkins, both of Ironton; two sisters, Wanda J. Adkins, of Ironton, and Ruth E. Adkins, of Coal Grove;a granddaughter, Nyla A. Pettiford, of Ironton; a nephew, Keith Adkins, of Ironton.
Funeral services will be noon Monday, July 31, 2017 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street in Ironton, with the Rev. Richard Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Hanging Rock Cemetery and visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Ardath W. Wilson, 81, of Proctorville, widow of Don Wilson, died Sunday July 30, 2017 at home. Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete.

Gary F. Jackson, 74, of Chesapeake, died Friday, July 28, 2017 at home.  He is survived by his wife, Karen Jackson.
