St. Joseph offering
fall sports passes
St. Joseph High School is offering a fall sports pass for all soccer and volleyball games.
Passes allow fans to attend all soccer and volleyball home games for the high school for one fee.
Fall passes are $40 for adults and $15 for senior citizens and students. Passes are one per person.
Passes will be sold for a limited time in both St. Joseph High School and St. Lawrence Elementary main offices from Thursday, Aug. 17, through Thursday, Aug. 31.
The first home events are scheduled to begin on Aug. 31.
Individual prices for home games are $5 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens. Veterans are admitted free of charge.
Ironton season football
tickets now on sale
Ironton Fighting Tigers’ season football tickets are now on sale.
Tickets for five homes games are $37 per ticket. Checks should be made payable to IHS Athletic Dept.
PLEASE NOTE: Ticket orders MUST include a self-addressed stamped envelope — two to three stamps depending on the number of tickets ordered — and mailed to:

If a large amount of tickets is ordered, please apply extra postage.
Please include a phone number with your order. Please do not drop off orders at the main office of the school or the auto shop garage, but instead contact the athletic department for any question or specific needs.
Tickets will be mailed out starting on Aug. 10. If fans do not receive their tickets by Aug. 21, contact the athletic department at (740) 532-5235 during school hours.
ILL baseball/softball
fall league offered
The Ironton Little League is offering a fall baseball and softball league for youths ages 7-to-16.
The league is only on Sundays from Aug. 20 to Oct. 8. Games and instructions are from 2-4 p.m.
Fee is $20 per player and $10 for each additional sibling. T-shirts will be provided.
If enough players register, there will be own league play. If not, the league will attempt to schedule local teams.

16th Circleville Dog Days
5K road race set Aug. 5
The 16th annual Circleville Dog Days 5K road race, presented by Red Barn, will be held Saturday, Aug. 5, at 9 a.m. beginning and ending at Circleville High School.
Visit www.circlevillexc.com for entry forms and online registration, or you can register the day of the race from 7:15 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
There is a $15 preregistration fee ($20 on race day) and at least the first 150 registered will receive a free T-shirt.
The event boasts unique “Dog Days” suncatchers, given to the top three in each of 34 total age groups, plus awards to the top three overall male and female finishers.
Numerous door prizes also will be awarded, water and splits will be available on the course, and refreshments will be available at the finish.
