Liberty Federal Bancorp
The annual meeting of the members of Liberty Federal Bancorp, MHC will be held at the main office of Liberty Bank, located at 314 Park Ave., Ironton, at noon. The only matter to be considered at the annual meeting is the election of David McCown and Gregory Walbright as directors of Liberty Federal Bancorp, MHC, each to serve for a term of three years or until his successor is elected and qualified. Any action may be taken on the foregoing proposal at the annual meeting or on any date or dates to which the meeting may be adjourned.
