Fayette Township Trustees will meet at 5 p.m. at the Burlington Fire Department.
Lawrence County Insurance COG
The Lawrence County Insurance COG will have its regular monthly meeting at 9 a.m. at the Lawrence County Educational Service Center office.

Wreath Removal
Wreaths Across America are looking for volunteers to help remove wreaths on the graves of all 1,200 veterans in Ironton’s Woodland Cemetery. The removal begins at noon.

Upper Township Trustees Meeting
The Upper Township Trustees organizational meeting will be at 6 p.m. at the Upper Township fire house. The January regular business meeting will immediately follow the organizational meeting.

The Lawrence County Board of Developmental Disabilities will have its organizational meeting at 11:50 a.m. at the board office with the regular monthly meeting immediately following.

VFW Post 8850 will have its rescheduled monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the post.

Lawrence Township Trustees will meet at 2:30 p.m. at Kitts Hill Fire Department.

Senior Dinner
The Sybene-Chesapeake Senior Center will host their annual “Our Day” dinner. This event usually take place at First Baptist Church in Proctorville, but will be held at the center’s Chesapeake location this month, due to weather. Entertainment begins at 10:45 a.m., followed by food served before noon.

Jan. 29

Humane Society Meeting
The Lawrence County Humane Society will meet at 7 p.m. in the Ironton City Center for the election of officers. All members are encouraged to attend.

Feb. 1

IHS Class of 1948
The Ironton High School class of 1948 will meet for lunch at noon at Frisch’s Big Boy in Ironton. All class members and guests are invited.

Feb. 6

Lawrence County York Rite
Lawrence County York Rite will have its regular meeting at the Masonic Temple on the fourth floor. Refreshments are at 6 p.m. Work will be at 7 p.m.
