Earl C. Turner, 85, of Scottown, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at home. He is survived by his wife, Donna Trent Turner.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by Dr. Kermit Taylor. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point.
