IRONTON — Two was too much.
Hannah Haithcock and Shawna Conger combined for 41 points as the Washington Court House Lady Blue Lions beat the Chesapeake Lady Panthers 60-43 on Saturday in the Tackett’s Body Shop Shootout at Ironton.
The Lady Lions — ranked 11th in the AP Division II poll — were led by Haithcock with 21 points and Conger with 20 points as she hit six 3-point goals.
The Lady Panthers (9-10) were led by Natalee Hall with 17 points and Brooke Webb with 15 points.
Court House led 13-10 at the end of the first quarter as Conger hit a pair of 3-pointers and scored eight points.
Webb had six points and Hall four to account for the Chesapeake scoring.
The Lady Lions (18-2)  took charge of the game in the second quarter by outscoring the Lady Panthers 18-7 and it was 31-17 at the half.
Haithcock scored eight points and Conger hit two more 3-pointers. Webb had four points for Chesapeake.
Conger knocked down another pair of 3-pointers and Haithcock got eight more points in the third quarter as the Lady Lions extended the lead to 50-30.
Hall scored six points in the quarter.
Hall had six more points and Karli Davis hit a trifecta as Chesapeake outscored Court House 13-10 in the fourth quarter.
Haithcock had five more points and Bre Taylor hit a triple for the Lady Lions.
Chesapeake hosts Fairland on Monday.
