The weather forecast for Saturday calls for a high temperature of 51 and a low of 35 and — thankfully — no precipitation expected.
Now that’s good news.
Snow and cold weather forced the postponement of the Beast of the Southeast on Jan. 13.
The annual event was rescheduled for this Saturday and features four games beginning at 1 p.m.
The games have four Ohio Valley Conference boys’ basketball teams who will be matched against one from the Southern Ohio Conference, one from the Southern Hills League and two from the Tri-Valley Conference.
Fans can watch all four games for the one admission price of $8.
