Jesse Ratcliff

Oct. 8, 1955 — Feb. 11, 2018

Jesse James Ratliff, 62, of Ironton, passed away Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. The Ironton native was born Oct. 8, 1955, a son of Joyce Fay Sanders Jenkins and the late Ray Leonard Ratliff.
Jesse was a 1973 graduate of Rock Hill High School and a former truck driver for BFI. He attended the City Mission Church in Ironton.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Dawn Ratliff.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Jeremiah (Paula) Ratliff and Jordan Ratliff, all of Ironton; three sisters, Kay Townsend and Tammy (Mark) Birchfield, all of Ironton, and Carmon (Bob) Bowles, of Coal Grove; a brother, Jay Ratliff, of Ironton; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with the Rev. Jeff Cremeans officiating. Burial will follow in Hanging Rock Cemetery and visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Brenda Wiseman

Brenda J. Wiseman, 70, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia.

Richard L. Watters, 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at home.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Watters. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller. James Rowe Sr., 68, of Ironton, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2018, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky. His family has entrusted his care to Brown Funeral Chapel, Ironton.
