Charles Brammer

Charles E. Brammer, 72, of Proctorville died Friday, March 23, 2018, at Sycamore Run Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Millersburg. He is survived by his wife, Brenda  Brammer.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.
Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery in Proctorville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
