Lisa Faye Lodwick, 44, of Kitts Hill, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky. She was born July 2, 1973, in Wayne County, West Virginia.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Brian Lodwick; four children, Ashlee Stapleton, Jessica Haynes (Blaine McFann), Joshua Haynes and Joseph Haynes; two granddaughters, Riley Stapleton and Paisley McFann; and special friends, Joe and Sue Benning.
She was an employee of King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.
A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Thursday at Getaway Community Church, Chesapeake, with pastor Justin Berry officiating. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.
