assembly set Thursday
The Ironton High School athletic awards assembly will be held beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday in the high school auditorium.
The awards assembly is open to the public and community attendance is encouraged.

Run With The Redmen
race set for May 12
The Rock Hill High School “Run With The Redmen” race will be held on Saturday at Mark and Amy Kline’s Farm, 8798 State Route 650 in Pedro. The race begins at 8 a.m.
Registration fee is $20. Interested persons can call Lisa Bolner (740) 377-5864 for more information or to register. Persons may also register online at Tri-State Racer.
Checks should be made payable to Rock Hill Athletic Boosters and mailed to: Rock Hill Middle School, Attn: Lisa Bolner, 2171 County Road 26, Ironton, OH 45638.
Please remit entry form no later than May 4.

Rock Hill youth league
golf scramble May 12
The Rock Hill Youth Recreation League will conduct a golf scramble on Saturday at The Oaks Golf Course.
Cost is $50 per player for 18 holes with cart. Lunch will be provided. There will be a shotgun start. The event will be held rain or shine.

Ironton sports physicals
scheduled for May 21
Ironton High School free athletic physicals will be conducted by King’s Daughters Sports Medicine on Monday, May 21, at Ironton High School.
Youths should check in by 11:30 a.m. No appointment is necessary. Physicals will be conducted from 9 a.m. to noon.
Athletic physicals are for student athletes and cheerleaders ages 13-19.
Students will receive a state-mandated athletic physical. A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent.

Fairland girls’ youth
basketball camp set
The Fairland girls’ youth basketball camp will be held from 9-11:30 a.m. June 4-7 at the high school.
The camp is open to girls entering grades 1-7. Fee is $35 and includes T-shirt and prizes.
