The Ironton Farmers Market will have several events as part of Second Saturday.

Starting at 10 a.m., Ironton In Bloom will serve free hot dogs for all shoppers at the market and the Yvonne DeKay School of Dance will entertain with dance routines.

At noon, Ironton In Bloom will have its second annual “dress up your dog” contest on the main stage.

The Ironton Farmers Market hours are 7 a.m-3 p.m. or until sold out every Friday and Saturday.

Sellers at the market have a variety of goods from homegrown and locally grown produce, home-baked items, honey, peaches, jelly and jams, home-made jewelry and crafts, cut flowers, home made soap, beef jerky, fresh eggs, melons and much more.

The market is a project of Ironton aLive and sponsored by Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
