Michelle Virgin, 41, of Portsmouth, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019. She was born May 8, 1977, to Grover and Ruth Horner Virgin.
Other survivors include Nicole McCelland, Shyanne Howard, Erica Howard, Jessica Howard, Kenneth “Mike” Virgin, Valori Pack and Julia Horner.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-noon Saturday at O’Keefe-Baker Funeral Home, Ironton. Graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Buckeye Cemetery.

Edna Vernell Grubb, 91, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by pastor Randy Carnes. Burial will follow in Huxham Family Cemetery, Huntington, West Virginia. Billie “Bill” L. Gibson, 92, of South Point, died Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at his home. He is survived by his wife, Kay Gibson. He was an Army veteran of WWII.
