Redwomen rout Lady Dragons

PROCTORVILLE — And the hits just keep on comin’ for the Rock Hill Redwomen.
Rock Hill had another big offensive game as they college 18 hits in an 18-5 Ohio Valley Conference win over the Fairland Lady Dragons on Wednesday.
Rileigh Morris led the hit parade as she went 4-6 with a double and a triple.
Sam Stamper went 3-4 while Haleigh Rowe was 2-4 with a double and Baylie Harrah 2-5. Kelsey Olderham added a double.
Rock Hill (7-0, 2-0) got two runs in the third, three in the fourth and four in the fifth to lead 9-0.
Fairland got all its runs in the bottom of the fifth to trail 9-4, but the Redwomen added a run in the sixth and exploded for eight runs in the seventh inning.
