Bill Eugene Sparling, 94, of South Point, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Clarice Clark Sparling.
Private services were held. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, is assisting the family with arrangements.
