Cyndi’s Dance Studio to celebrate its 30th year: Saturday event will feature dance teams, fundraiser
Cyndi’s Dance Studio will celebrate its 30th year of business in Ironton at 5 p.m. on Saturday at Ironton High School.
Food concession will be available be as a fundraiser for the Ironton High School Band.
There will be performances by The Ohio State University champion twirl teams and regional dance teams as well as other class performances.
There will be door prizes, donated from local businesses, throughout the evening.
The studio is under the direction of Cyndi Roth. She was just 16 years old when she got her teaching certification in twirling and dancing from the U.S. Twirling Association.
She taught with other studios before going out on her own in 1989, when she started Cyndi’s Studio in the school gymnasium of Lombard Elementary school.
Cyndi’s Dance Studio is located at 117 S 3rd St. in Ironton.
