PORTSMOUTH — Southern Ohio Medical Center will be hosting its annual Camp LIFE event from June 17 to June 21, as well as July 22 to July 26.

Camp LIFE is a youth camp hosted at the Portsmouth LIFE Center for children ages 7-13. It keeps children busy with fun activities while also teaching healthy lifestyle habits. The cost of the camp is $125 per child.

“Camp LIFE is designed to promote healthy lifestyles and keep kids active when they’re out of school,” LIFE Center Manager Jim Kolar said. “It’s a great way to teach them healthy habits at a young age, while making it easy for them to keep busy and make new friends throughout the summer.”

Camp LIFE will begins at 9 am each day and lasts until 3 pm. Drop off time for participants is 8:45 am. Lunches will be provided.
