PROCTORVILLE — The new Taco Bell location in Proctorville is set to open next month.

Mayor Rick Dunfee said he has been told the restaurant will be open for business on Sept. 15.

The location will be on State Street, the main drive through the village.

“They done a lot of work this summer and they’ve progressed rapidly,” Dunfee said.
