CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Noah Thomas recently won the Buck&Eer Region 6 All American Soap Box Derby invitation only race for qualified drivers.
The race was presented by the Kanawha Valley Soap Box Derby organization located in Little Creek Park in South Charleston W V.
Drivers from Ohio and W V. raced for prizes and bragging rights. The event is held once each year for the qualified drivers of Region 6. Thomas kicked off his 2020 Rally Race season the next day with two Rally Race wins.
The Rally Race season continues on Labor Day weekend at Little Creek Park.
Thomas is the son of Duane and Jennifer Thomas and grandson of Ronald and Viola Thomas of Ironton.
