James Horner

James Calvin Horner, 69 of Ironton, husband of Sherma Horner, died Saturday Aug. 24, 2019 in the VA Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

A memorial service will be held 4 p.m.  Wednesday at Kelly’s Bridge Independent Baptist Church in Ironton.

Betty Hoggett

Betty Jeanne Hoggett, 87, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019 at home.

Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Beulah Baptist Church, Proctorville, with Pastor Rob Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.  Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Tammy Ramey

Tammy Renee Ferris Ramey, 47, of Chesapeake, died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Pastor Ronnie Adams officiating.  Visitation will be held 10 -11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Barbara Wolford

Barbara “Diann” Wolford, 75, originally from Clarksburg, West Virginia and Ironton, died Aug. 24, 2019 at her home in Maryville, Tennessee.

Visitation will be held between 5-7 p.m. Friday in the Trinity Chapel at Smith’s Mortuary in Maryville.

A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. Friday, with Rev. Zad Tomberlin officiating.
